Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to common questions about our cable assembly manufacturing services.
What is the typical lead time for custom cable assemblies?
Standard lead times range from 2–4 weeks depending on complexity and volume. Prototype builds can ship in as little as 7 days. Expedited services are available for urgent requirements.
What quality standards does VezeWire follow?
We are certified to ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 9001:2015. We provide full lot traceability with every shipment.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We support low-volume manufacturing from prototype quantities (1–10 units) all the way to high-volume production runs of 10,000+ units. There is no fixed MOQ. We quote on the value you need.
Do you provide engineering support?
Yes. Our engineering team provides DFM (design for manufacturability) review, material and connector selection guidance, and manufacturing-process optimization recommendations on every program.
Can you support prototype-to-production scaling?
Yes. We routinely take programs from first-article prototypes through pilot runs and into steady production, with the same drawings, same test fixtures, and same quality system.
Do you handle box-build and electromechanical assembly?
Yes. Our box-build service covers enclosure stuffing, harness integration, and mechanical assembly, delivering turnkey units ready to ship.
How do I send an RFQ?
Use our Request a Quote form to upload drawings, BOM, or a project description. Our engineering team responds with a DFM review and detailed quote within 1–2 business days.
